The only problem with them learning to speak is that for a while they haven't learned how to stop speaking, and you have to have a running commentary on anything and everything.

I love my daughter, but I must admit the lost voice with her cough was respite for my ears.

Got my washing machine plumbed in for free without resorting to doing it myself. (I want my kitchen without an inch or 2 of water tyvm)

I picked up Stewart Lee's book on George's recommendation yesterday and finished it on the bus home tonight. A really great read, was sad to see the back of it.

Surprising byproduct: an urge to re-evaluate Johnny Vegas.

Nothing wrong with Josie Long, I saw her a couple years ago and she was brilliant. (and she's also lovely)

Nothing wrong with Josie Long, I saw her a couple years ago and she was brilliant. (and she's also lovely)

I don't share your view of her being brilliant, though she does seem lovely and charming and ting. But my point was more to do with Lee's promotion of the two of them, he's been doing it for years.

Hate to break it to you but in real money, thats not millions. Its a good heft of cash, but millions it aint.

The cost of living is insane though, a pint can be 1000 yen in some places (which was £5 last time I was here but is more like £7 these days)...
