I got three of four results back for this semester. One was a scary D - , one a high C - and one 88% (A) . I think if the second had reached the B borderline I wouldn't be fretting at all, but the D was quite a shock. Anyway, I passed them all. I WAS hoping for >90 on that last one, though.
I know I've got to work harder... it's just hard to do so.
just spent 15 minutes brushing all the dog fluff off of (and out of) my bed and now it's all nice looking and inviting i also found a Babys Day Out DVD under my pillow that i forgot i'd bought
in about 5 minutes though the boy'll invite himself up again & it'll all just be undone
i was a bit disappointed that the fiancé got to see what post we had before i did, though. When i heard them come through the door i wanted to beat him and be the letter lizard, but he beat me to it. i s'pose it doesn't matter, but i'm competitive like that.
I'm making the jump to Windows 7, and managed to download the Release Candidate today. It's about time I upgraded the OS, I've had XP since it came out.
However, all 10 of my DVD-RWs refuse to be read on my computer, despite it being the same drive that some of them had data burned onto by. Thus, I can't back up any data, or indeed, make the bloody install disc.
Jane's Addiction are doing a 'secret' show in London the day after the O2 gig.
I've already booked my train ticket home and can't afford to change it.
How much to change it fella?
No idea. I haven't looked into it because I can't find out where the show is, and all I've been able to gather is that it might be a 'closed' gig - invite only type thing. Train ticket was £24, so I'd imagine it will be the same fare. Last time I swapped a train ticket (6 years ago haha) it was a £10 fee.
At the moment I'm thinking of borrowing a long floaty dress from my mum and wearing a cardi with it. The only problem is that my boobs have a couple of cup sizes on hers!
I'm sure I'll work something out though, I've got a couple of weeks to fret over it.
which on one hand is funny as f*ck on the other hand however, she's now barking at the thing & you just have to feel bad for something that's scared of something like that
Ah, I saw that advertising in the chippy near work the other day. I'd've had a diddle at that if I had some spare cash, I think. I've seen Idlewild ten times already, like, but I've not seen Ash in about ten years
Ash were my surprise of the festival, wasn't expecting much at all.
My friend wanted to castrate Mike Skinner when I told him he's actually from Birmingham and puts on the Mockney accent I thought they were pretty good.
That reminds me that i once heard (on a programme) that only 10% of people with Cockney accents are Cockneys.

I know there aren’t many people looking at this anymore… but I have made the decision to stop paying for the VR hosting and to let the domain lapse.

I think it will be going offline around the end of May

It’s been almost 10 years since James passed away… and I feel like it’s time.
