i'd just make the first thing on my list "Do not lose list!" and it'd all be well. Also, by the same token, if i made task 2 "Do not read any of the other tasks" I'm in a win-win situation. I could make task 3 "OK lose the list if you must" but I'd not be able to read it, however, as i wrote it, I'd know it was there so it'll be ok when I misplace my great list.
