Why the hugely long filenames in these? Is it some kind of new filesystem that encodes extra data into the file name, or is it just random?

I like fish. I used to have a pet fish called Osama Bin Laden.He was a fat f*cker. Then when we bought George (Bush) and Tony (Blair) , Ghandi and Saddam, my fishes started dying. First Saddam died which was sad because he was a small ickle chocolate fish with no friends in the tank. Then Ghandi went. I loved Ghandi. He was so fat and cute. Then Osama went. Which sucked the most. I cried a bit.
Now we have George, Tony and two new fishes I got about 2 weeks ago called Condoleeza Rice (she has a slit for an eye) and Gordon Brown (my favourite.)
