i feel so... (the fourth)

i feel absolutely crap.

muscles in my left arm ache and i don;t know why, i've had to put my wrist support on that wrist too, my back feels as if i've been doing heavy lifting, my leg muscles feel like i've been doing squats (but that might be to do with falling down the stairs the other day) my head is pounding, i feel sick and my guts just hurt.

actually had an accident last night which was mortifying, i've never done that before and it just *had*to be when i was at the blokes too didn't it?
ugh. thank f*ck his house mate stayed out...

can;t sleep either. which is a joy... still. altered megan some clothes while i've been up so the bairn actually has some tights and gro's to fit her now...
