i've not had even a COLD for at least two years 8) quite probably already mentioned this
drink lots of water and take zinc supplements! its what i do and its working great. 2 litrs of water a day, used to be more, and 3 or 4 zinc pills a week, you're cooking
zinc boosts your immune system, and has all kinds of other benefits too, mainly improving skin and hair and nails and such, but not bothered about that personally.
water flushes out your system and keeps you hydrated. good for the same reasons too.
