Chris Kamara -

I can't weigh up if I like the bloke or not. Sometimes he's a bit of a tw*t, and sometimes he's quite amusing. I've worked as a Cook in the past, for two years, and I've both handed out - and been on the receiving ends of - some proper bollockings, and sometimes its the best way to solve something in the heat of the moment. It's difficult to know how Ramsay really acts because you only ever see him on camera. Without doubt though, there are occasions where he goes completely over the top about something, and there's no doubt that if he'd done that with some of the blokes I've worked with, they'd knock him flat out, irrespective of the environment. But I'm inclined to think that sometimes he's just trying to make good TV. The vast majority of times, though, I do agree with him when he's having a go at someone, because it's usually deserved, if his shows give a full picture of what's going on.

And for the record, I think Simon Cowell is class. He makes me laugh, a lot. I did see the Top Gear episode with him on but I can't remember anything about it unfortunately. I'll have to have a scout round for it, or keep an eye on channel Dave for a repeat.

I've spent a grand total of two hours in a chefs kitchen (thus far) and there was a lot of that going on. At one point someone shouted "MARTIN" in an angry 'here comes a long list of profanities' voice but it turned out it was the other Martin. Yes, there are at least three.

Every interview I read with Jon Bon Jovi just cements his place in my opinion as a gigantic c*nt. Here's one example:

Simon Cowell is superb. I challenge anyone who doesn't hold this opinion to a duel using nothing but a leek. You can't teach the wit and sarcasm he possesses.

I'd happily send Ricky Gervais for torture though.

I don't know. She looks a bit like a lion. A woman should not look like a lion. Also, her song is on all the time and this greatly saddens me when I am looking for some nice musical accompaniment on my way to work.

Basically, I just don't think she's very good and yet she's selling lots of singles and albums and setting records and I think "Why?".

Is it true her song's about periods?

Morgan, Megan, David, Div, Nindy

EDIT: people that have spread rumours about me/threatened me, you get the idea.

I would just write their name in the death note, But I'm saving that for something else.

I just wish they would get smacked in the face with a bowling ball only then to be kicked directly in the nose, then slicing their lips. I would then like them to be hit by a sofa on wheels to the chest wind-ing them. As they fall to the ground, they would be repeatedly kicked in the shins. Also they would be getting burned by cigarettes, all over their necks and hands. Walk all over their bodies with heels. Drop bowling balls on their nuts(If its a guy) Repeatedly kick them in the vag(If it's a girl). Spit on their face and walk away.

That would be nice.

Michael Winner needs to be tortured for the film 'Bullseye' alone. I think it might actually be the worst film of all time - I'm not just saying that for effect, I genuinelly believe it is. Roger Moore and Michael Caine were in it, the mentalists.

Mark Ronson, who could do with removing his self from between his own but-tocks. Please die.

Kevin Keegan, who is getting more and more other-worldly and camp by the day.

Russell Brand.

Noel Fielding. The Mighty Boosh is THE worst attempt at comedy there has ever been.

Tyra Banks, for presenting 'Americas Next Top Sl*g'. This show makes me want to drill through my own face.

That will do for now. I am an angry soul today

To be honest I quite liked that one song, Moments in Love, even if it was about five minutes too long. I think I should be culled for admitting this.
