Yeah - it is annoying, but there isn't much that can be done about it I'm afraid...

to be honest, I'm not really sure why it does it, I'd need to test it out to find out why. Question though, does it happen when you make an actual forum post? - if it doesn't, then when I upgrade the shoutbox soon, this bug will be fixed.

it just happens to me on the shoutbox, the forums are fin and dandy, apart from not letting me post pics sometimes

the shoutbox isnt designed to be used as a realtime chat device, its just meant for a quick comment or something, so thats why it hasnt been made to constantly refresh.
