A new season, some new faces and a new chance for me and Andy to leave the rest of you trailing in our wake..

I've managed to purchase my starting eleven for a handsome, 66.82 - leaving me a cap of just under 1/3 of my allowance to expand my team as the weeks progress.
On paper, I think my starting 11 looks pretty f**king sweet and as far as I know, none of them are injured or on olympic duty. However, whether they will all start or feature is another thing, and as a fair few of them are pretty much new on the scene..only time will tell if this gamble will pay off.
..Fingers crossed on that one, then.
A couple of the teams look good guys..some looked doomed..so we look like we're in for a great season this time around.

Umm..still debating whether to post my team-up. However, I will post my goalie and most expensive player as a taster of what's to come..hopefully.

So many good players injured and it's so hard to predict who Wenger and Mourinho will start. Too much quality, too little places and a couple of the players haven't come up to pick yet.
Well, just over 24 hours 'til the start of the new premiership season with 21 teams registered at the minute. It's going to be a much better season this time around.
I've spent out on a few modifications, but they're going to remain under the hat until the teams are announced.

In two minds whether to go for Drogba or Smith up front, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the way things are looking for Rovers this season.
Much better set up this year, with team rosters being locked up when the points are being calculated. Means you can't put all the day's top scorers in your line-up on a saturday night anymore and reap the cash rewards on a sunday afternoon, but that can only be a positive thing.
Some players are still missing, and others aren't playing in the premiership anymore, but it's a definate improvement on last season. There is a pretty significant bug in the game which allows you not to lose any money on your star defender, who's value has fallen from 11 to 1m after scoring in the wrong net , but I'm sure Yahoo will have this fixed pretty sharpish.
Other than that, much better..great start by the Mushrooms..Chris and Andy, but still a long way to go yet.
