Surely they mean Man Utd then or Manchester United or just United? Theres no such team as "Man U".

I could have sworn their was a team called Man U, I see it every team I look at a league table in the newspaper, or would you prefer Newton Heath? Their are other teams with United in Leeds, Newcastle, West Ham, Sheffield, etc.

Wouldn't bother me as everyone knows that we're Aston Villa, just as everyone knows that you're Manchester United. By the way Man Yoo weren't the first club to use United in their title.

I know yeah. Fancy a tic-tac anyone?
I hope some day, for some reason, David Duchovny is investigated by the FBI. Because that would make a great story.

I think we can win it, but if Arsenal are in the mood, we don't really have that much chance. Not if they play like they can. Although I think we'll prevent that happening and we'll come out with a 2-1 win. Maybe. *hopes*

No Man Utd fans on gloating yet, that is a surprise. The referee what a clown, Van Nistolrooy should have been sent off and so should that muppet Gary Neville.

I gloated a bit to be fair and why not, not everyday we beat Arsenal. Usually every season though

I still reckon the A*se are too far ahead for us to catch them, yesterdays defeat will only spur them on.

Re: Van Nistelrooy. I agree it was an awful challenge. The F.A will no doubt punish him accordingly.
However, I don't think the Rio incident with Ljungberg was a foul, I feel he was already on the way down before Rio touched him, and when he DID touch him, it was not a particularly strong contact.

Henry was crap, he doesn't seem to perform in Europe or the big domestic games. Is the referee a season ticket holder at Old Trafford?

Not that it matters to me. I'm in a win-win situation. If he's not biased, he's neutral. Either way its not a bad thing for Man Utd. *still smug*

Still don't think you'll win the league, I think Chelsea will. Mark Halsey is the worst referee, he's not fit to referee kids football, never mind the Premeir League. Perhaps the ref is Fergerson's secret lover, who knows?

The Rio incident was definately not a foul. Van Nistelrooy - not sure, to be fair to the ref there's no way he could have seen it from where he was. Rooney dived, no question about it, but there was another incident a bit later (might have been Ronaldo) which I'm undecided about. That's why I'm never going to make a premier league ref.

I find myself agreeing with Joel...

TheRonaldo incident was a clear penalty IMO, RvN was malicious... not very nice at all. The linesman was in a position to see it, so something should have been done about it. Rooney dived, although there seemed to be minimal contact, Sol should have known better.

Van Nistlerooy should be banned for at least a month for what he did to Cole. Nothing will happen though because it's Man Utd...

Not much doubt.

Not that the ref can be blamed. He had one look. We've had replays. Upon first look it does look like a penalty and Sol should know full well you don't put your leg out like he did.

In any case, as has probably been said, Ronaldo was brough down because he was too quick for Ashley Cole, I think it was, and it wasn't given. So it evened itself up.

All being well, Arsenal won't recover from this defeat. Although I reckon they probably will.

I hope not. I wouldn't respect Chelsea if they won the title simply because of the ridiculous ammount of money they have spent.

Clubs should accumulate their wealth by winning things in the first place. They've sent the transfer market and football into chaos.

Similarly, i don't respect Arsenal. Ashley Cole and Sol Campbell are the only two British players of worthy note in their team.
