A few days ago, i bought a calendar and it has monthly facts about animals, with a different animal for each month. Here is January's fact.

Baby Harp Seal
(Pagophilus groenlandicus)
Harp seals spend relatively little time on land and prefer to swim in the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans. They can remain under water for up to 15 minutes. Harp seals are 1 .6m-1 .9m (5 .25ft-6 .25ft) in size and weigh up to 180kg (400lbs). Their average life expectancy in the wild is about 20 years.

Fischer's Lovebirds
(Agap*rnis fischeri)

Lovebirds are one of the most popular pet parrot species. Fischer's lovebirds are known for their gentle manner, but are packed with energy. On average, most lovebirds fall between 12.7cm-17.8cm(5in-7in) in length. In nature or in captivity they may live up to 15 years if they have a good environment. On average they weigh between 42.5g-70.9g(1.5oz-2.5oz).
