i don't know how to change my avatar, which is why i've had the same one since 2006. So i s'pose i'll take part in this by pretending that i look like River Phoenix.

Click on settings at the top right. Then where it shows your current avatar click the button next to it that says 'BROWSE' and it opens windows explorer and you just choose a picture file you have saved on your computer already
