I have spent every single waking moment of today on VR with absolutely no breaks for anything. I have eaten no food, have not been to the toilet or even left my chair. I haven't had a single drink today either. so, for the entirity of today, I have mostly and completely been on VR.

Empty bucket/wheelbarrow into skip and return to rubble. (repeat)
Continue until skip is full. (repeat)
Get new empty skip delivered. Continue to fill until next day. (repeat)

Feel totally knackered. (repeat)
