Good moaning

Hello, I'm Moaning Ted, and I love moaning. It's my hobby. Huh? What? Pardon? What's been bugging me this week? 'Jobbing presenters', that's what I mean. They start off gardening experts, then all of a sudden they turn up on a fashion programme, then we're supposed to believe they know all about cookery or summat. What am I, an idiot? That really gets on my nerves.
Moaning Ted

I blame Myleene Klass. For everything.

Mondologising

In the '60s, trouser-splitting Texan PJ Proby sang Hold Me, Together, Somewhere, I Apologise. Had he been a literate Brit, he'd have used a "z" in that latter hit. Still, what would a common 'Ziner like me know?

Price snoop

I know tomatoes are dolphins, they keep swimming round my saucepan. But did you know peas are really little frogs? I'm sick of picking them off the floor when the water starts to boil.
Daddypoos, Wigan (Hugh Millyation)

Boiled tomatoes and peas - fine dining, Daddypoos style.

Smells like 'Zine spirit

I've always suspected that Mick Hucknall smells of Marmite and Duncan Goodhew smells of cream cheese. I can't get close enough to be sure. Meh.
Stouffer

I feel a "If 'Ziners Were Smells" list coming on...

Soppy summer friends poem

Talking about clown schools,
They would be so cool!,
We bought some gingerbread,
(and muffins) and you said,
The clouds look like hippos,
Blurred beautiful across the sky,
Shy fun happiness,
Into the wind we sigh.
The Soul Cake Duck

Breathtaking.
Now, I'm off to annotate my JP McQueen poster collection.

I should have foreseen Mondo defending his use of something as archaic and ugly as the Oxford -ize.
Leaving out an 'and' in his list was just an added bonus.

He'll never be interesting. I feel sorry for the other pensioners in the home.
