Now being streamed in full on their myspace page.

Pardon me, but OMG. Best album of the year without question. It takes all the good things from Return To Cookie Mountain and improves on them with a whole load of new angles and influences. I honestly think they're the best band on the planet at the current time.

The upcoming tour is going be immense.

Bought* it at the weekend. It's pretty good, they're definitely one of the most inventive bands of the moment. There's no hit-you-in-the-face tracks like Wolf Like Me, though. Still, it's much better than the new Kings Of Leon that came with it.

* The other DJ downloaded it and burned it for me

I was going to pick up the new kings of leon but I heard it was fairly pants and what they were playing of it in fopp yesterday seemed to back that up, so I didn't, probably a good thing.

To stay on topic I had a listen to 5/6 tracks last night and it seems very good, I'll give it another go later. I've honestly never heard of them before

The new KOL is a massive disappointment. An album cut straight from the mould of edgy enough to kid itself that it's cool, but simple enough to be all over the radio. Definately their Topshop album.

Cold War Kids are typical of a band who have one great song in them (Hang Me Up To Dry) and then try and make a career out of it.
