'I've Been Embalmed!'

Placebo has an instrumental opening track on the Sleeping With Ghosts album. Bulletproof Cupid- might not be the best track but i think its a good way to start the album. Was good at the gig too, they played it first with a translucent curtain down, it created a good atmosphere, got everyone screaming! lol

slaaj - weebles wobble.       but they dont fall down.

weebles wobble.       but they dont fall down.

Intro-Smashing pumpkins (on Mellon collie...)
The Passage- Ephel Duath (painter's palette)
I zimbra- Talking heads (fear of music)
Lust for life- Iggy (trainspotting ost)*

*i know... originally on Iggy's Lust for Life LP, but it sounds better as an opener on the soundtrack.

I've always found that 3rd and 11th tracks are pretty good on albums. 3rd, as it is the peak of a wave begun on the opener, and 11th in a kind of 'ah... you think we're through with you? Think again!' kinda thang.

trk3- first it giveth qotsa
11- nightswimming REM
3- Hey! Johnny park Foo fighters
11- Vibrate Mr Scruff

I think the evidence is conclusive...
Confucious, he say "man who goes through airport turnstyle sideways, he going to Bangkok"

my god, they argued for years on 'zine about that though.

"track 7 is the best track of all because track 7 on these albums are:"

"no no no, track 4 is the best because lalalalalalala"

I think 7 won out in the end.
