I do tend to make random friends at gigs and city in general, but usually i then go on to discover that someone i already know also knows them and its a damn small world.

Just putting a report back on the gigs thing- yesterday I met up with Robbie and went to the afformentioned gig and it was really rather smashing. So success on this idea.
