It doesn't take any time at all, I just get two people from a google images search for "man standing", "doctor" ,"businesswoman", etc. and put them in a scene, like... then I make enough copies of that picture and put the appropriate text in, put them all into animation order and choose framerates. Simple.

It's not an animation and it doesn't incorporate cheesy people from websites. But it's Not Particularly Funny, so I'll put it here.

These are good, brilliant hooks. Do you host these anywhere?
Die Sonne scheint mir aus den Händen
kann verbrennen, kann euch blenden
wenn sie aus den Fäusten bricht
legt sich heiß auf das Gesicht
sie wird heut Nacht nicht untergehen
und die Welt zählt laut bis zehn

The comic strips I like very much. Reminds me slightly of the Perry Bible Fellowship.
If you don't mind can I pimp em at a webcomic forum I'm at, you'll be fully credited.

Haha, go ahead. By the way, there are several more comics that I made ages ago which I'm uploading to my Deviant Art slowly but surely.

I hate to be pedantic, but a 'fall guy' takes the blame, a scapegoat is someone unjustly punished for the errors of others.

Yeah, but calling a goat superhero "fall guy" would be a bit stupid, wouldn't it?

I was just having a giggle.
I dunno though, now I think about it, I quite like 'Fall Guy' as a super hero.
He could have a grey suit to symbolise his tarnished nature and a big FG could light the skies above Washington DC everytime another criminal politican requires a patsy or a stooge.

"Holy Smokes, I've just sexually molested a seven year old boy...If he snitches to the feds then I'll lose my seat on congress, for sure...Better kill him off before he has the chance..dump his dismembered body in a trash can next to some seedy downtown crack house..and then..then when the cops come looking for the killer..then it'll be a job for Fall Guy."

Heh, you go ahead with that, then.
I did once consider making a rival for Scapegoat (probably called Fall Guy because I couldn't think of any more synonyms and it sounded good enough), who'd be more successful at receiving the blame. I can't really think of a punchline for that, but then again, the issues so far hardly have punchlines. I'd probably just have The Scapegoat flying in to take the blame but Fall Guy takes the blame first, then The Scapegoat starts to cry. Simple enough.
