Random thingy i randomly wrote purely out of boredom. kinda poop,but oh well.

Crown of Ashes

beneath the spotlight,standing centre stage,
she's played this part a thousand times before.
Her pretty make-up hides her ugly rage.
She'll play the part the audience adores.

And she cannot fall short of what they want.
She'll sell her soul to see them smile.
Infected now,she plays the sycophant:
She's dying on the inside all the while.

She wears her crown of ashes like a queen,
but royal smile can't buy sincerty
And if her insecurity is seen,
her robes will fall,her false security





Even though im the sacrifice,you wont try for me,not now.Though i'd die to know you love me,im all alone.Isnt someone missing me?

I like it, short, sweet, to the point, and (unlike my pile o' tripe poems), it actually has rhythm and a rhyme scheme

it's an interesting subject too, people hiding behind a false version of themselves so that no-one else can see their pain

ah...im asuuming you like it then. there is more,but i couldn't be arsed typing it,so....
And its possibly more lyricy than poemy
Even though im the sacrifice,you wont try for me,not now.Though i'd die to know you love me,im all alone.Isnt someone missing me?

i like it its cool, reminds me of a pic i took ...it was a representation of "girls hide behind a mask of make up" . cool wasn't the word i was lookin for but i'm sure you get the idea...

Queen...

She's living just to fed her empty soul,
Her hunger growing great with every meal.
Her greatest thrill is falling down this hole.
And pleasure is the medicine that heals.

She,swallowed in this darkness,now will drown
The ocean isn't pretty anymore.
And with the satrs she's quickly falling down.
And when she wakes her body hits the floor.
