Sometimes I'm banned from the Shoutbox.

"You're banned. Click here to unban yourself if you're an admin. If you're not, go log in!"

it says.

I think it's only here on this computer, and it's probably because I spammed it a bit a few days ago to get it back to its original width. Whoops. It only happens sometimes, though.
Any help?
