Surveying a house earlier. As I was packing up the tenant was asking me about my car. Asked me how many miles were on it. I said just over 200,000. He then offered to clock the mileage for me and reduce it.

Jesus, dude. Don't offer to do that for people you've just met. I'm not a criminal and even I know that. Fair enough, I'm obviously not a member of any police force, but f*cking hell dude, use a bit of tact about it if you're going to be at that craic.

Besides, my NCT (MOT) is in a few weeks. They know what mileage was on it last time. What am I supposed to tell them? "I've been driving in reverse for the last two years!"?

Increasingly concerned that the one big swollen/bruised patch on my foot seems to be branching off and now I have black patches turning up all over/under my foot. Strange.
