Things that make you happy as f***ing Barry

Yesterday, Marc bought me Flake ice cream, a fake red rose and Halls Soothers. Also yesterday, i saw one of the pugs, a woman in a pink car and a woman with a purple pram.

Today, i saw a woman talking a dog for a walk and a silver Jeep.

Today, i saw a squirrel, two dogs, two lorries from Slovakia, a white Mini and a turquoise car. i don't know what kind of car the turquoise car was; apart from some sort of classic one.

Edit: Also, i just remembered that i saw a woman with a pug bag.

Marc bought me some Halls Soothers and his sister * bought me a Twirl.

On Tuesday, i saw a rainbow and a purple car.

i saw another rainbow today. Also, i had my hair cut and the hairdresser said she liked my hair colour so that made me feel ** special.

Ireland has voted for same sex marriage. BOOM!

We're not as backwards as I sometimes think we are. A hell of a day, not just for LGBT people, but Irish people as a whole.

A few weeks ago, Pearl * stayed at my flat for 11 days while Marc's sister and brother-in-law were on holiday. And i got presents for looking after her as i had a beanie seahorse, mulberry jam, two tops and an ashtray. **

Last Thursday, i found a bandana.

Yesterday, i saw a girl with an owl bag. Also, i saw a silver car that had white flowers on it.

i saw a pug yesterday.

i saw one butterfly on Thursday and three butterflies on Friday.

Woo! Elaborate!

My boss owns a house that he used to live in but has been renting out for years since he & his wife moved into a new place. He was planning on selling it in a few years so they can build their own house outside of town, but as he knows I've been looking for a place & he'd save money selling to me due to no estate agent fees or having to get it all repainted, or losing out on rent while it's up for sale etc, he'd be willing to sell it to me now if I wanted it.

Only trouble is I might not be able to get a mortgage high enough to afford it myself. My father has mentioned previously he'd help me buy a place, but I don't know if that's a) giving me money straight out as a gift, b) loan me the money which I then pay back a few years down the road when I likely sell it on, or c) loan me the money which I pay back a certain amount each month.

It's by no means the greatest house ever, but for my price range, the fact that my boss (and I, obviously) work in the construction industry I know it's good quality, and as I'd be getting it at a pretty good price, I'll almost definitely make a pretty good profit on it if I sold it in a few years.

Just need to see what the bank will give me, and what/how my father will give me.

i have a sheet and it's from Lancashire.

i found a 20p coin a few weeks ago. And i found a £1 coin a couple of weeks after that. And i found a ring with a face on it.

i saw a rainbow a couple of weeks ago.

Yesterday, i saw a rainbow. And a red Mini, a white Mini and a blue Mini. How British.

A few weeks ago, i wrote to Adam West and asked him for his autograph. And i received an autograph from him on Monday.

Edit: Also, Marc gave me a brooch that he found. And he bought me an Elmer cup, a Spider-Man sticker book and a Star Wars cards collector binder. And his mother bought me some liquorice.

A few days ago, Vlad * gave Marc and me some sweets and Marc bought me a chocolate bar.

Marc's mother gave me a candle, a small chocolate cake, a Welsh chocolate bar and Welsh chocolate chip cookies.

And Marc gave me a nerdy book.

Mortgage Approval has gone through. Next step is to actually visit the house I intend to buy (which I've heard is usually advised).

On the downside, my wallet suddenly feels lighter even though I haven't taken anything out of it...

Yesterday, i saw a dog and he wagged his tail at me. Also, i think he was a Cairn Terrier.
