Well if you need someone to talk you out of it who has a better argument than 'all solicitors are c*nts' give me a shout.

Much appreciated, person who I think is Laura but haven't actually checked to see whether it is.

I wasn't justifying myself and I reckon you'd find most support staff who've worked with and for solicitors/lawyers would be of the same opinion as me. On a personal level solicitors might be great, but once you've had to listen to them whine because they have to walk 10 yards to a printer or because you won't hand them the latest Blackberry, they can get to f*ck

That's all users though, not limited to just solicitors/lawyers. We get our own back though, blocking facebook when it's a slow support day, just so you can have a laugh when everyone complains that the whole internet is down 5 minutes later.

I get that at work quite a lot, I hate that too. What's worse is people who I chat to all the time and they know my name so we're past the point I can ask them theirs, but I still don't know it so I just have to be all "hey Joel" "hey... you".

Yeah, it's this bloke who lives near me and i saw him today. It makes me feel better that you get it as well, though; i thought it was one of my symptoms.
