Is the avatar upload thing broken?

I think it's a mental issue. Perhaps he is guilty of doing things with kids, but I think he genuinely believes he is a kid himself. Obviously this doesn't justify it at all, but it would explain it. My hope is that if he's guilty, the judge will sentence him to jail but with a LOT of mental help while he's inside.

For his sake, i hope he's not guilty. he's a talented man who is obviously messed up in many ways, and I really hope he can get help. I don't think he can survive in prison though.

Exactly, Phil.

I've heard a lot of people saying that they think Jackson's guilty, but that he should be given special mental help and so on. Er, why? Because he's famous? I'm having none of that. Jackson deserves the same treatment as your average Joe, if he's convicted.

I is not evil.

I'm still not too sure. The guy certainly has issues, that's been obvious for a few years now. Trouble is that how can we be sure we're getting the full story? The way the media is the slightest little thing could be twisted. This is why I could never be a judge. If there was the slightest chance someone could be innocent I wouldn't know what to do.

I think I sway more towards the guilty, but so many people are taking advantage it seems. I don't believe all of these people coming forward now are genuine. Why wait until now? If it were me and I was holding out I think I'd be less likely to come forward the more high profile the case got.

I like an escalator because an escalator can never break, it can only become stairs. There would never be an "Escalator temporarily out of order" sign, only an "Escalator temporarily stairs. Sorry for the convenience."

Possibly yeah, but that doesn't mean it isn't true. Maybe all it took was a couple to speak up to give the rest the confidence to say what they saw. Horrible Paedo catchphrase image now in head...
I hope some day, for some reason, David Duchovny is investigated by the FBI. Because that would make a great story.

I LOATHE all this trial by media bullsh*t that we see more and more of these days.

Here's a radical idea - let a jury, who have actually sat through all the evidence and heard all the testimonies, decide whether he's guilty or not, not some random bloke from Essex who's just read 3 overblown paragraphs in The Sun.

That's all I have to say on the matter.

Did anyone watch the programme on BBC2 last night about the media circus surrounding the trial? To my surprise it was an incredibly funny programme, packed full of Americans making themselves look like complete idiots. It was amazing just how stupid these people were... My favourite moment was when the Jackson fans were chanting "Children can't lie! Children can't lie!", and then one of them pointed out that the children who were accusing Jackson were lying. So, they all quickly started chanting "Children can lie! Children can lie!"... It was like a scene from Spinal Tap or something - absolutely brilliant.

I didn't see that, but I do agree with this:

Is there a date when we expect to hear the verdict anyway? They've been out for three days now

Sky News and their michael jackson trial with actors in is so boring, and they show it everyday too.

None of the people look even vaguely like who they're supposed to look like. Though admittedly finding Michael Jackson's doppelganger must be just about the hardest job in the world. Maybe they tried looking in the Chernobyl area...

Personnally I think he is. But what annoys me more is the way is his brain dead fans assume he is innocent before hearing any evidence, the way they suround the court and lay seige to it and the abuse they give proscution witnesses and lawyers

appararntly the jury has reached its verdict.

is it sad that a little part of me is actually a tad 'excited' by the imminent decision? its gone on for so long.. its going to be something of a media frenzy.

His fans were so arrogant when they got the result they wanted, they are worse than any Chelsea fan

Did you see the state of his fans though? I'm not surprised they rally around Michael Jackson, he's the only celebrity who's as crackers as them.
