This is a tough one, Quentin Tarantino definately got very good performances out of Michael madsen in both films, but for some reason I prefer Budd. He seems that little bit more sadistic (I'd much rather have my ear cut off than be buried alive) But then Mr.Blonde was funny and cool too.

It's definately a tricky one

Just after realising that I forgot to vote, I voted Budd

Even when the strippers asking him to unblock the toilet, he still seems cool, i dunno why, but he does

initially, i'd say blonde, as a reflex. for the dancing. i think i prefer budd more as a person, he's a bit cleverer and indeed has a nice sword. and a big gun full of salt. and burying someone alive is a better torture method. but blonde is cooooooool. i'll have to think about this
