Chris Kamara -

about 6 months ago i think i made a poll because it was so hot, claiming that winter is better and ...stuff. either that or i just asked a lot of people.

anyway, this cold weather is blooody annoying. the arguement six months ago was that it was easier to get warm than it is to cool down. well sod that, its bloody ice cold all the time lately and i want the sun backkkk.

so all you lot that told me you preffered the winter.. lets see if your opinion has changed. mine bloody well has.

I hate the cold, but I prefer being freezeing cold to being boiling hot. Theres nothing more uncomfortable then being really sweaty and not being able to do anything about it.

I prefer the cold weather generally - it's easier to warm up than it is to cool down most of the time. I enjoy the sun though. In my ideal world, the weather would alternate and be really hot one day and cold/windy rainy the other. Life needs variety.

I like an escalator because an escalator can never break, it can only become stairs. There would never be an "Escalator temporarily out of order" sign, only an "Escalator temporarily stairs. Sorry for the convenience."

I love the winter, when it's a proper winter with proper snow. This year's grey skies and lack of snow have been disappointing, although we are seeing snow, and good snow at that, now. Generally I'm more of a winter and autumn person, but I'm starting to dream of the summer occasionally, and I love long, lazy, hot summer days too. I like anything but greyness, generally. If it's properly wintery or summery it's great.

I'm a summer person, winter depresses me because you can't spend much time outside as you either freeze or get soaked! Although I will admit that i'd love it to snow!

Summer's much better, you can spend all day outside in the sun, lazying around and generally have a great time, and the best part of last year was in May and June when the weather was gorgeous. In fact, i wish it was summer right now (apart from the obvious thing of exams....)

duh, obviously summer is the best.

when I think of summer I think of being in the park in the sun with my friends and wearing my bright t shirts (sadly hidden under meh hoodies the past few months)

I can't wait til.....oooh, I can't wait til JULY!!! when all my A Levels are over, I can see leaving home very near instead of in the distance.

oh, and ice cream is nice.

They should invent a new season where it snows all the time, but the snow is red. This season should only happen every time somebody remembers Toby Antsis and should only take place in my bed.

By "they", I mean "I" and by "should", I mean "have".

I prefer winter.
I hope some day, for some reason, David Duchovny is investigated by the FBI. Because that would make a great story.

Actually, I prefer Autumn too. It's warm, but not hot, the sun's ebbing slightly, the leaves are going interesting colours and blowing in your face... Autumn rocks.

Exactly, its a very pretty time of year.. plus its a very changable season too... Its in the middle of two extremes which i like a lot for some odd reason.

(it has nothing to do with my birthday being in Autumn, nope, not at all)

a bloke i used to work with said there was on such thing as spring.

i don't see how he can say that living in blackpool. in winter it rains 7 days a week. in spring it rains 6 days a week, and one day you get a clear sky.

Odd, to me everything seems to be brighter coloured in Spring.

But I have changed my mind not. Winter is better than summer as it's a b*st*rd to get to sleep when it's stuffy and you're all sweaty.

I love summer. I always have. Winter I can deal with, and I love running around in the rain, but I've been getting so very crappy the past few years during winter.

So no, I haven't changed my opinion at all.
