LoonyPandora - Daft Cow?

Daft Cow?

We know who you are.
We know where you work.
We know where you live.
We control the horiztonal, and the vertical.

Welcome... to The Outer Limits The Vegetable Revolution.

As I'm sure you have noticed, there is more than just the Megazine boards on here. Lots of fun things to see and do. I'm sure you will enjoy watching our little corner of "teh interweb" - it would be nice if you participated though. Alternatively, you could just sit around and laugh at us. Your call.

Oh, and there is a button on the login screen that will email you your password if you happen to forget it

And we really do know where you work and where you live... Sleep Well.

I echo what they said. But in a slightly gruffer and more intimidating voice. I jest, welcome and hope you enjoy it here.
I hope some day, for some reason, David Duchovny is investigated by the FBI. Because that would make a great story.

Kim had a hunch about a post and something else, and then told Loony, who did an IP scan of some members, which ended up tracing them back to teletext.

Back in the good old days of Yahoo VR I remember someone posted with a teletext email address claiming to be WLW, although I think they denied it on zine.

You say you traced a couple of members- who were the others apart from this 'eastman'? Did the others belong to Teletext, too?

Yeah, they did all belong to teletext - 3 of them in fact. I think they are all colleagues, or one person who forgot their password, so signed up multiple times (using fake email addresses).

Oh right. What were the names of these members, apart from 'eastman' ,and where did they post? You can tell me if I'm being too nosey, though!

Too often we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown. But it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap the motherf*cker upside the head.

hmm unique
When I count, there are only you and I together
But when I look ahead up the white road
There is always another one walking beside you
Gliding wrapt in a brown mantle, hooded
I do not know whether a man or a woman
But who is that on the other side of you?

There is the thread in question. Can we do a poll? It'd be cool if the question was "is this really WLW" and Eastman voted "yes".

So what can we gather from the name, 'Eastman'?

Does this particular WLW live in the East? Is it a football reference? It certainly points to a member of the male species anyway. Perhaps his girlfriend has a yeast infection and he cannot spell yeast? Who knows?
