Colin -

Though the idea didn't seem so popular back then, I've had an idea for a new 'Ziney challenge - for several 'Ziners to write letters that must include certain words (I thought five words is just about enough), so four of my favourite 'Ziners and I have searched the very depths of our individual intellects and come up with one word each:
handle
spooky
hazard
jiving
corpuscles

It's up to you to work these into a 'Zine letter. Please don't refer to the challenge in your letter (That's the first and second rule). We should probably send them all at a similar time, so if people are willing to give this a go we can discuss this between us.

a nerve ending such as Meissner's corpuscle or a Pacinian corpuscle
a subatomic particle obsoleted by the modern electron and used in J.J. Thomson's plum-pudding model of the atom
a single, infinitesimally small, particle of light. Isaac Newton proposed this term to represent a concept that was quite different from the idea of a photon.

Yes, it doesn't matter what definition of a word you use - even if it affects the capitalisation, ie proper nouns - but no changing the actual spelling of the word, ie plural to singular or different verb forms.

Jive talking

Jivers are jiving so fast it's a fire hazard. Just as you prepare to call the fire brigade, one jiver breaks his corpuscles. Just as you prepare to call the ambulance, you find out they're all illegal immigrants! And you were supposed to call Mum! You can't handle any more! You can only make one call. Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters.
Vigilante Maelstrom

Add a chap teetering on a ladder and you've got an episode of Casualty.

Sadly, the title 'Spooky Situation' was replaced.

Kerry Clonetona

Whilst jiving in my basement, I heard some spooky noise coming from the old wardrobe. I walked over and slowly pulled the handle. All I could see was seven corpuscles of light, 58 signed pictures of Kerry Katona, and the hazard lights from my old car. The funny thing was, I only ever had 43 pictures of Kerry. DUN-DUN-DAAAAAA!!!
Paddy Irishman

Aaarrgh, your Kerry pictures must be breeding, or perhaps being cloned?

Does that mean I win the challenge?
