New What Did You Dream Last Night? Thread.

I had a dream I got back from work one evening (it was dark out), and got in the house to my parents panicking, saying I had to leave straightaway, it wasn't safe for me to stay at home anymore. I was confused and unnerved, and despite asking why they kept insisting there wasn't time to explain. They said for me to go over to a particular area in Durham (which doesn't actually exist) and wait for a helicopter to arrive, they would explain the rest on arrival, but I would never be able to come home again.

Given how fast this all happened, none of this really sunk in as I ran up a nearby street and happened upon a taxi rank, whereupon I found this guy I chat to on another forum, who used to live near me also. I greeted him and tried to start a conversation, but he completely ignored me. Nevertheless, me, him and another person got into a cab as it arrived, then he started signing to me. Having never previously realised he was deaf (he isn't in reality), I somehow improvised in sign my situation, and shrugged at the end, as if to say I had no idea what was going on. He was confused, but seemed to understand me.

Anyway, I got to Durham, and then got to the location I was told to wait at; a pathway running alongside a grassy area of a church ground. I waited through the night, only for no helicopter to arrive. Morning came, and I was approached by the vicar of the church, who calmly and contently welcomed my presence. I can't remember the details of the conversation, but the gist was I was to live on this side pathway for the rest of my life, and never allowed to leave it otherwise terrible things would happen. I was also informed someone else had lived on this short path before me, and was taken to be his "successor", as it were.

I wasn't particularly emotional about the turn of events as a whole, though I was expecting answers pretty soon for this life-changing/ruining scenario. If anything I was anxious for the helicopter to turn up, I'd much rather have taken answers from these alleged people at that point than spend the rest of my days held captive by some random church (though I was actually free to move anywhere, it was implied that I would be hunted down and killed if I were to leave the pathway). After all, the former would've been more exciting, to say the least.

I was on my own on the pathway with nothing but, oddly, my PSP, which is a strange thing to have had the presence of mind to take with me. I was joined later on for a night by a group of stoners, who made it their mission to try and reassure me in my situation. I politely declined their offers of what they were smoking, they weren't offended by this though. Sadly, I never did find out what the whole affair was about, alarm clock woke me up. Bit of a shame, would've been fun to see how this played out actually.

(Coleen Nolan lived with me and her daughter was ill. Coleen Nolan annoys me so i'm bemused that i dreamt about her.

i went for a walk. i got lost and ended up being at the fiancé's sister's house. i felt embarrassed about being there so i pretended to be asleep.)

(i was in a pub. Two women were there with their mother and they were talking about VR. i looked at some cakes. One of them was a birthday cake and it was in the shape of darth vader's ears. i went outside. My e-bf were there and so was maria, ugh. They were talking about alice in Wonderland. i made a sarcastic comment to them and they all laughed at me. So i hit one of my e-bf.)

(University phoned me and said i couldn't go back. i don't like dreaming about university.

Deb sent me a card.

i was in a room with the fiancé, my aunt and a few other people. The fiancé and i started talking about how we'd seen an old episode of Coronation Street with Betty in. My aunt was annoyed at me and started shouting. So i cried.)

It was seriously weird, I found a baby monkey, and it was hairless, I went to pick it up and it turned into a dutch bunny. It was still really tiny and ran away

(i was travelling somewhere and staying in hotels. i don't know where i was, though. i watched a film that had Hayley Mills in. i don't know what film it was but it was a musical.)

Really f*cked up dream about Nickolarse killing himself by slashing his wrists in my gran's living room. Proper nasty.

i dreamt i was at my maternal grandparents' house and i watched TV there.)

I had four double cheeseburgers in each hand and was eating them most heartily.

(i dreamt about Tessa. Tessa was my aunt's dog.)

(The fiancé and i took part in a quiz and we won a plastic kangaroo. Then we talked about how the word Skippy sounds like Sheppy; one of his friends is called Sheppy.)

I keep dreaming about work. It's bad enough having to do it when I'm awake

(i was looking at Strawberry Shortcake dolls.

Then i dreamt about Joel.)

(i dreamt i was in hospital.

Then i dreamt i watched Mary Poppins with the fiancé.)

(i was at the fiancé's nephew's wedding. Everyone had to get dressed in a changing room. i wanted to brush my hair but no one had a brush. So i brushed my hair with an orange and an apple.

i was looking at letters from my mother.

i was in a garden. There was a crocodile and a pig.)

(i was in a theatre with some girls i was at school with and Robert was there. We watched a 19th century play. i was naked and kept trying to cover myself up. The girls gave me some things to give to a charity shop.

i was abducted by two men and they were both black. i was rescued by the police and some other people. Then i went to a train station as i wanted to go to Wigan.)

(i was at university, ugh. i lived on campus. The fiancé's nephew's wife was there. And there were a few other people; i don't know who they were, though. Anyroad, the fiancé's nephew's wife had a go at me for some reason. So i told her i hoped she would be run over. Then i poured a cup of drinking chocolate on her.)

(i dreamt that i was worried that the fiancé knew that i sometimes have s*x dreams about Joel.

i went to a party and the fiancé's family were there. Some of them had turned against me and his niece had a go at me. So i went in another room. i talked to some posh bloke. i noticed a woman who had a name badge. The name badge said roman polanski. roman polanski was standing next to her. i don't know why she had his name on her badge and not her own name. Then i went outside and Craig Charles and a few other people were there.)

(i was at my father's house. He had a pool in his garden. There were dolphins and goldfish in the pool.

i was in Bugsy Malone. Mark was also in it.

Then i dreamt about Halle Berry and George Michael.)

(i went out for dinner with ann widdecombe and a few other people. i'm bemused that i dreamt about ann widdecombe as i think she's sh**. Denise Van Outen was also there and she was dressed as Jerry Hall.)

(i was with Herman the tortoise, some other animals and the fiancé. i'm not sure where we were, though.

i was in the library and some sort of fight/ conflict broke out but i managed to escape. Then i talked to someone who asked me if the fiancé is American. i said that he's Welsh and not American. He mentioned Paula and i realised it was Jimmy from VR.

i saw a poster and it advertised a book signing event as Sean Moore had written a book about climbing.)

(i was at a charity event and i ended up kissing some bloke from Twilight as some sort of sponsored thing. Which is weird as i've never read any of the Twilight books or watched any of the films.)

(i was at a party. Joel and his family were also there.)

(i dreamt the fiancé's mother was horrible to me.

i dreamt my aunt's husband died and i dreamt my cousin died.)
