Had some BBQ chicken breast and fruit for breakfast. Blagged a pack of Scampi and Lemon Nik Naks and for lunch, two jacket spuds, a little bit of cheese and some tuna mayo.

Peppered ham salad for dinner. Might chuck in a coupled boiled eggs and some mixed seeds. Rasberries for afters, too.

I don't use cream, I just throw in my knob

...of butter. I then add a bit more butter when its about half cooked.

Yeah, but no ordinary pepper, cracked black pepper, added just before you take the pot off and let the residual heat finish cooking it.

If theres one thing I know how to cook, its scrambled eggs.

I only know how to cook one thing. And it is scrambled eggs.

Just had a bowl of Indian Chicken soup (some microwaveable soup thing). Wasn't overly great, but it'll have to do til I figure out what else I can eat which doesn't contain loads of carbs
