Or 'Gym' Music if you're one of those people who like things spelled correctley.

Recommend some good songs for the Gym (rather than just good songs). Remember, in the gym, you could be on a rowing machine or a cross-trainer for 15 minutes at a time, so the songs have to be.... I dunno. A song that gets you going, gets the blood pumping, makes the time go faster. I dunno.

Go for it dudes and dudettes!

I'll post up some of what I'm currently using in a while. Downloading Breaking Bad now.

Steam Machine - Daft Punk

When it gets going, the beat just keeps you at a nice pace, you can lose yourself in it. A lot of daft punk is great. If you can get their live mix of too long / steam machine it's 7 minutes of pure energy.
