Badly Drawn Boy - One Plus One Is One
Badly Drawn Boy - Have You Fed The Fish?
Therapy? - Infernal Love
Brendan Benson - One Mississippi
Childline - 'cause it has Pulp doing Whisky in the Jar, as well as Suede and Mansun and it was 5 for £10

£5 each:
The Divine Comedy - Victory For The Comic Muse
Grandaddy - Excerpts from the diary of Todd Zilla
Elvis Costello - This Year's Model

It's the dead centre between The Music's and The Cooper Temple Clause's debut albums. I'd recommend them but they're relatively new to me and I may grow weary of them before long, I dunno. If you find that album for £5 you can't go wrong.

I last bought Hybrid's first album, Wide Angle. This was the bonus edition with the Live CD, which was nice. Finished Symphony is such an epic track, glad I found it.

That is all I want to listen to in the world right now, but, alas, my laptop has decided to die and this computer has no speakers so can't plug in the old external hard drive.

I'm undecided about it yet. They're great fun live (except at the Astoria obv) and I really enjoy their singles, but I think they're a bit much over the course of an album. The relentless tweeness does my head in a bit. But perhaps I'll come round to it after a few more listens.

Free all angels by Ash, Charity Shop job again.

I almost got a Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park and Chocolate Starfish Thing by Limp Bizkit just cause they were a quid each but decided they probably weren't worth it.

Hybrid Theory is sh*t, and so is Chocolate Starfish, but 'Boiler' on Chocolate Starfish is a very good song for what it is.

Two absolute beauties there.

Check out Maria's Little Elbows on the Sparklehorse one, it's sublime. And Either/Or's the best album ever. Mint!

I've had times to make friends with it now and it's pretty good. It's not the best album I've ever heard by any stretch of the imagination, but I love the production on it. Also, it makes me want to drink red wine and/or brown spirits, and any album that makes me want to do that has to have something going for it. I might invest in Boxer at some point, although there's a lot of other stuff I want to buy first.

Bide your time, ye' of little faith.
