Well if you do decide to go I'll see you there, coz I got my tickets when they first went on sale.

Incidentally, I find that www.aloud.com is a great site for getting tickets - they often have tickets for things that have sold out everywhere else.

R.E.M. in Cardiff on July 10th (or 11th, still not sure exactly). A friend bought my tickets a few months back, but she told me yesterday that Idlewild and The Zutons are supporting, and now I'm even more excited. Christ sake - 20 years old and still the biggest gig I've been to is when Wheatus played at my college in Wrexham with only about 150 people there. Can't wait...

I like an escalator because an escalator can never break, it can only become stairs. There would never be an "Escalator temporarily out of order" sign, only an "Escalator temporarily stairs. Sorry for the convenience."

I'm going to see The Roots in August! Oh yes. I think Erykah Badu might support in which case woo!
And Destiny's Child* on 2nd June after the Classics ball (ohmygosh hot english students) which i think is just irresponsible for me to be at considering I have an exam on that day. Meh, its only GCSEs and its the final D.C. concert!

*Lets not get into a discussion on how bad Destinys Child are and all that stuff.

Just about... I got bumped around and trodden on a few times though. And whoever the support groups were, they were sh*t. (Though amusingly the first band got cut short coz the fire alarm went off and all the power went out for a few minutes... This is the sort of thing that could only happen in Bangor.. )

Don't be so sure.

"According to reports, Jimmy Eat World have said that they'd rather play with Green Day than go to crappy festivals playing to idiots like you.

Well, slightly paraphrased, but essentially, due to entering into a world tour with Billy Joe and friends, they can no longer fulfill their commitment to playing the Reading and Leeds festivals this summer."

NOOOOOOOOO.

Reel Big Fish:
Glasgow - 11th September
Aberdeen - 12th September

I'm moving up on the 12th, which manages to rule out both dates. Hah. I actually looked at a calender, and realised it's the 10th that I move. Which means I might be able to get to see them in the 'Deen, if they still have tickets spare. (Or I could order in advance, but where's the fun in that )
