i used to listen to different types of music according to my mood, but i just listen to anything now depending on what i feel like listening to.

Dancy/silly - Eagles of death metal
Different - Beastie boys
Sad - Coopers sometimes but sometimes just individual songs set me off

I can tell you specific tracks, but not reallt bands/acts generally. Wait...that's better! *Does 'better' dance*

Reflective: Mindsweeper- FreQ.Nasty
Angry: Any of Aphex Twin's faster tracks really. 'Vordhosbn' for example.
Happy: Praise You- Fatboy Slim or tracks like Body Movin' by the Beastie Boys.
Soppy: Savage Garden too...... :-[ Although I only have a couple of their tracks and only because of the association I make with their music and lovey stuff.
Nostalgic: ?
And of course perfect for any mood because they are simply amazing, The Chemical Brothers.
I hope some day, for some reason, David Duchovny is investigated by the FBI. Because that would make a great story.

"Meh": Travis, Coldplay.
Hyper: Static-X, S.O.A.D.

Above music can change my mood to hyper, reflective, happy etc.
