I don't know how many NIN fans there are about here, but
after months of watching p*rn and playing Vice City it appears
that Trent has done something with the official site.
There's a (primitive) discography, video downloads and the chance to send questions to Trent which he will selectively
answer. There's even a current news section.
Could this be a sign that Bleed Through is out soon?
I'm so happy I think I may cry.

So anyway,check out www.NIN.com

Trent's already started answering questions. He plans to 'extensively' tour the new album.
Though he didn't answer my question about whether Nothing Records are still going to release a Coil LP

I like NIN!! Especially Perfect Drug and... um the naughty song about wanting to screw someone like an animal. :-[

I need to get some NIN albums though... and why won't the alternative club play Head Like A Hole?!

No, I'm pretty sure it means "maybe later"

Actually, in the questions section, or somewhere, he's said there's going to be an extensive tour when the album comes out. W00t!

Myself,I'd suggest you get the live album:'And All That Could Have Been'.It was the last release and just acts like a kind of best-off. Plus, the double disc version has a mini-album called 'Still' which has some of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. Most of the songs on that disc are piano interpretations of old NIN songs but there are some new songs on it.
If you want something heavy ,though,go with Broken.
Something arty-The Fragile.
Something synth poppy-Pretty Hate Machine.
Something brutal-The Downward Spiral.
Something weird-Further Down the Spiral.
Plus,Further Down the Spiral has some excellant remixes by Coil.

One of the speakers blew up when they were recording a song

That sounds promising!

1) Don't say "You suck" with a following wink, you lil sl*t...
2) some of the letters on nin.com are pretty funny. hehe.
3) his approach to making music sounds pretty tempting, but he might be putting too much effort into it...

Hey,I don't care whether he's putting too much effort,or no effort at all into the music.I'm just glad that there's gonna be some new NIN stuff and a tour.
It's gonna be a good year.

1) You wish
2) Yeah, like the meathead one. Look on his site- it's great.
3) Who cares? As long as he's blown up some recording equipment, he's doing fine in my eyes

Yes,the Meathead Perspective is indeed one funny site.
theninhotline.com is also good for news, sheet music and just general links.
I'm still waiting for Trent to answer some of my questions though.
