Frustration

The giant hole inside is filled,
But not by comforting thoughts of love,
The crushing pain of life removed,
Replaced by burning fires.
Inside you feel the tension mount,
The flame within ignited,
It spreads throughout the muscles,
Seizing every ligament,
Converting it to hate.
Invading your mind,
Covering any last thought of sanity,
Like a giant cloud of smog,
Misting the senses.
Fists clench,
Teeth grind,
It Pulses like a beating heart,
Racing round the body,
You feel your veins about to burst
As contact is made with something,
The pounding slows but doesnt lessen,
The break down now begins,
The anger flows,
Like a rushing river,
Exiting the body,
The brain is cleared and emptied,
Allowing other thoughts,
Now we can await the next.
