Error message whilst editing profile

Just had a few of these pop up when editing my profile. If I hit the back button and tried the same action again it would go through okay.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@vegetablerevolution.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Ya, I just been making some changes, you caught it at just the wrong second where it wasn't finished updating.

If it happens again on a regular basis (IE, it happens every time) - gimme a shout.
